My story

Hi, I’m George. 

This is me before. And this is me now. I've been on a huge journey when it comes to my physical and mental health, too. 

 

I did not feel good in myself or with my life in general. I was reliant on chocolate, sweets, crisps, alcohol, energy drinks, fast food, cigarettes and recreational drugs. I was in constant pain physically and mentally. I was anxious and depressed from all the highs and lows of everything I was putting into my body daily.

One day I had a breakdown in H&M changing rooms and decided that I'd had enough of feeling unhappily overweight and unfulfilled. I felt there was something in me to change but I didn't have a clue where to start. And once I took the first step, It took me a long time to get to where I am now:


  • Confidence in myself and the gym environment
  • No anxiety or depression
  • No continuous aches and pains
  • No constant self-doubt
  • And the happiest that I’ve ever been


I wish I’d had all the tools from the beginning. It took me years to get to where I am today and to understand the benefits of good habits. Years of sifting through what works and what doesn't. Years to test how things worked on my physical and mental health. Years to learn how to be the very best version of myself, and the importance of healthy daily habits and mindset shifts.

But it doesn't have to take that long! And I want to save you the time it’s taken me. You can learn all the fundamental habits and mindset techniques that I have tested and refined into just one, 6-week course. (Thereafter, these techniques need to be continued to successfully achieve your fitness, weight & well-being goals.)

How do I help them?

  • By focusing on my M.E.N.D framework (Mindset, Exercise, Nutrition, Daily habits), clients are much more successful in achieving their fitness, weight, and well-being goals long-term. If you put all your energy into exercise and nutrition only (which is what most people tend to do) you may find yourself becoming more and more unmotivated because your mindset can start to drag you down again.

  • After two weeks of exercise, your mind may start saying things like: ‘This is too hard, nothing is happening so what's the point, I may as well quit!’ If you focus on changing your mindset and thought patterns, you can eliminate these thoughts and continue with your new, healthy lifestyle for much longer! This way it becomes something you want to do. Not something you feel you have to do.

  • I use an approach with my clients and students that is designed to nurture and help them see their true potential. Coming from a transformational place myself, I know how hard this can be. The pressures of being a certain weight and going on a diet don’t work for most. Each person has to figure out what works for them and I am here to help you explore this, and find a resolution that works.
