Hi, I’m George.
This is me before. And this is me now. I've been on a huge journey when it comes to my physical and mental health, too.
I did not feel good in myself or with my life in general. I was reliant on chocolate, sweets, crisps, alcohol, energy drinks, fast food, cigarettes and recreational drugs. I was in constant pain physically and mentally. I was anxious and depressed from all the highs and lows of everything I was putting into my body daily.
One day I had a breakdown in H&M changing rooms and decided that I'd had enough of feeling unhappily overweight and unfulfilled. I felt there was something in me to change but I didn't have a clue where to start. And once I took the first step, It took me a long time to get to where I am now:
I wish I’d had all the tools from the beginning. It took me years to get to where I am today and to understand the benefits of good habits. Years of sifting through what works and what doesn't.
